Ping Identity is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the UK&I region. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and focuses on net new logo acquisition and upselling within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will leverage internal resources, a broad tech stack, and a global partner directory to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing a personal plan aligned with the regional sales strategy.
  • Positioning and articulating Ping Identity's value proposition to customers.
  • Negotiating and closing complex contracts with global partner support.
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecasts to senior management.
  • Preparing indicative subscription pricing and customer offers.
  • Providing customer feedback to marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborating to acquire specialist resources as needed.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Significant quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • A results-oriented approach with a history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • A sustainable record of signing strategic and large projects with long sales cycles.
  • Established C-level contacts.
  • A successful record of dealing with strategic buyers.
  • Deep knowledge of industry change drivers.
  • Experience working with regional/national/global partners and system integrators.
  • Prior training and experience in value selling and account planning methodologies.
