RVP, DACH at Ping Identity

Ping Identity is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and expand its business within the DACH region. This role is crucial for driving predictable growth and elevating Ping Identity's market presence. The RVP will develop a high-performing sales team, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and build strong customer relationships.Responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals
• Coaching the sales team on Ping Identity's value proposition
• Expanding business activities within the region
• Managing expenses and ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Communicating Ping Identity's vision and aligning team goals
• Mentoring and developing the sales team
• Fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
• Recruiting and building a high-performing team
• Building relationships with customers and managing escalations
• Driving customer satisfaction initiatives
• Establishing a multi-year growth plan for the region
• Collaborating with various internal teams

Requirements:

• Expertise in Enterprise Software, SaaS, Managed Services, and strategic account management
• Experience in Identity & Access management or cybersecurity sales
• Proven track record of developing a successful sales function across the DACH region
• Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Experience building an international team
• Ability to work in a fast-growing global organization
