Xometry is seeking a Production Order Administrator to join their Operations team. This role involves managing production order execution through the manufacturing partner network and resolving any issues that arise during the production process. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French and have experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the processing of production orders and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Selecting suitable contractors from the production partners database.
  • Supporting the manufacturing process, including controlling dates and dispatch.
  • Organizing delivery and quality control of products.
  • Tracking payments and working with customers.
  • Solving problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and French (B2 or higher).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
  • Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to solve problems and work overtime when needed.
  • Stable internet access and ability to participate in conference calls.
