Xometry is seeking a Production Order Administrator to join their Operations team. This role involves managing production orders, ensuring smooth execution through the manufacturing partner network, and resolving any issues that arise during the production process. This position is fully remote.
Role Involves: - Supervising the processing of production orders.
- Documenting in internal CRM and ERP systems.
- Selecting suitable contractors in the production partners database.
- Supporting the manufacturing process, including controlling dates and dispatch.
- Organizing delivery and quality control.
- Tracking payments and working with customers.
- Solving problems and special cases.
Requirements: - Fluency in English and French (B2 or higher).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
- Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage.
- Readiness to solve problems outside the base scenario.
- Willingness to work overtime (paid).
- Availability for urgent questions outside of business hours.
- Comfortable workplace with stable internet access.
