Xometry is seeking a Production Order Administrator to join their Operations team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for managing the execution of production orders through the company's manufacturing partner network and resolving any issues that arise during the production process.

The Production Order Administrator will work closely with both customers and manufacturers to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Role Involves:
  • Supervising the processing of production orders and documentation.
  • Selecting suitable contractors from the production partners database.
  • Supporting the manufacturing process.
  • Tracking payments and working with customers.
  • Solving problems that occur during order processing.
    Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French (B2 level or higher).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be available for urgent questions outside of business hours.
  • Comfortable workplace with stable internet access.
