Xometry, a company connecting people with manufacturers, is seeking a Production Order Administrator. This role involves managing production orders through their manufacturing partner network, addressing any issues during the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the processing of production orders and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Selecting suitable contractors from the production partners database.
  • Supporting the manufacturing process by controlling dates and dispatch.
  • Organizing delivery and quality control of products.
  • Tracking payments and working with customers.
  • Solving problems and special cases during order processing.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and German (B2 level or higher).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
  • Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills for non-standard situations.
  • Willingness to work overtime (paid).
  • Availability for urgent questions outside business hours.
  • Comfortable workplace with stable internet access for conference calls.
