Xometry, a company connecting people with manufacturers, is seeking a Production Order Administrator. This role involves managing production orders through their manufacturing partner network, addressing any issues during the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the processing of production orders and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
- Selecting suitable contractors from the production partners database.
- Supporting the manufacturing process by controlling dates and dispatch.
- Organizing delivery and quality control of products.
- Tracking payments and working with customers.
- Solving problems and special cases during order processing.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German (B2 level or higher).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
- Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills for non-standard situations.
- Willingness to work overtime (paid).
- Availability for urgent questions outside business hours.
- Comfortable workplace with stable internet access for conference calls.
