Xometry, a leading AI-enabled marketplace for on-demand manufacturing, is seeking a proactive Production Orders Administrator to join its Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of production orders through Xometry's network of manufacturing partners, with real-time identification and resolution of potential issues. The administrator will play a critical role in communicating directly with customers and suppliers to address challenges and maintain production progress.Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring and documenting production orders in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Coordinating with production partners to optimise the production process.
  • Addressing issues directly with customers and suppliers.
  • Overseeing deadlines, coordinating logistics, and conducting quality control.
  • Following up on payment statuses and liaising with customers.
  • Identifying and resolving atypical problems autonomously.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Turkish.
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and understanding each situation.
  • Ability to maintain composure during high-stress situations.
  • Excellent organisation and detail-oriented skills.
  • Flexibility to address urgent issues beyond standard hours (paid overtime).
