Xometry is seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role involves managing the candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently.

The Corporate Recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s employer brand and maintaining a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate the interview process and collect feedback.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, guaranteeing professional communication.
  • Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through social media and career events.
  • Track key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
