Xometry is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a key role in promoting Xometry's employer brand and ensuring a consistent recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand.
  • Track key recruitment metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ATS and other sourcing tools.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required.
  • Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
