Xometry is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a key role in promoting Xometry's employer brand and ensuring a consistent recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand.
- Track key recruitment metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Familiarity with ATS and other sourcing tools.
- Fluency in English and Russian is required.
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
