Xometry is seeking a Senior HR Administration Specialist to manage HR processes and support stakeholders. The role involves contractor lifecycle management, data management, and HR systems administration.The perfect candidate will improve the processes and collaborate efffectively.

Role Involves:

  • Overseeing contractor lifecycle (onboarding, renewals, payments, offboarding).
  • Maintaining HR records and generating reports (headcount, turnover, accruals).
  • Maintaining HR systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes.
  • Supporting organizational leveling and grading initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, SAP) and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset for resolving data issues.
  • Experience in contractor or external vendor management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • English: B2/C1, Russian: Native
  • Minimum 2 years of HR, contractor management, or data reporting experience.
