Job Description

Xometry, a company connecting people with big ideas to manufacturers, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their growing team. The Data Analyst will support data-driven decision-making and business process optimization within one of the data analytics Domain teams. The role involves creating and sharing data-related knowledge, providing BI tools to stakeholders, and offering analytics to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and process optimization.
  • Support strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using the Looker BI platform.
  • Train teams to adopt data-driven approaches.
  • Analyze product metrics.
  • Collaborate with the data warehouse team.
  • Participate in AI initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Technical mindset with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years as an analyst or data scientist, preferably in B2B/B2C marketplaces.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python.
  • Experience developing dashboards.
  • Strong business and product acumen.
  • English (B2+) and Russian (B2+) language skills.
