Xometry is seeking a Data Analyst to join its team and support data-driven decision-making and business process optimization. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in creating and sharing data-related knowledge, providing BI tools to stakeholders, and delivering analytics to management.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and proven experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and Python. They should also have a strong business acumen and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and process optimization by delivering data-driven insights.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using the Looker BI platform.
• Analyse product metrics to enhance platform performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with the data warehouse team to ensure access to required data.
• Participate in AI initiatives to improve the company’s operational performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years as an analyst or data scientist, preferably in B2B/B2C marketplaces.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards for solving business challenges.
• English (B2+) and Russian (B2+) language proficiency.
