Data Analyst at Xometry Europe

Xometry, a company connecting ideas and manufacturers, is seeking a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will strengthen one of Xometry's data analytics Domain teams, supporting stakeholders in data-driven decision-making and business process optimization. This role involves active creation and sharing of data-related knowledge, providing BI tools to stakeholders, and analytics to management. The European data analysis team consists of 10 people, part of a larger IT team of 50+ individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and process optimization by delivering data-driven insights.
• Support strategic and tactical decision-making through data analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards using the Looker BI platform.
• Train teams to adopt data-driven approaches to process management.
• Analyse product metrics to enhance platform performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with the data warehouse team to ensure data access.
• Contribute to defining key metrics, related tables, and calculations.
• Participate in AI initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years as an analyst or data scientist, preferably in B2B/B2C marketplaces.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Strong business and product acumen.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• English (B2+) and Russian (B2+) proficiency.
