Xometry is seeking a Key Account Manager to support growth in ESPT. Xometry connects people with manufacturers, offering production capacities and online quotes. They work with various clients, including BMW and Bosch. The Key Account Manager will focus on developing sales and maintaining customer relationships in industries like machine building, robotics, and infrastructure.

Role Involves:

  • Working with incoming leads and developing relationships.
  • Acquiring new customers and developing opportunity pipeline
  • Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to order receiving.
  • Maintaining customer contact and being the primary contact point.
  • Reflecting the sales process in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Enjoys sales activities and supporting people.
  • Strong customer focus and sales track record.
  • IT and digitalisation enthusiast.
  • Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection molding is a major advantage
  • Readiness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, English - full professional.
