Sourcing Coordinator at Xometry Europe

Xometry is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to join its Sourcing Team and deliver top-notch service to its expanding network of global Partners and Customers. This role involves collaborating across departments to create sourcing solutions for Xometry's most intricate orders. The ideal candidate should be driven, possess critical thinking skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a problem-solving approach to find unique solutions for each order.

The Sourcing Coordinator will be tasked with identifying and implementing solutions for complex orders, which includes collaborating with internal teams, engaging with Xometry’s partner network, and working with customers to develop recovery plans for each order.

Responsibilities:

• Initial triage of orders.
• Identifying alternative sourcing strategies.
• Cultivate network relationships.
• Work cross functionally.
• Accountable for sourcing KPI’s.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, problem-solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1).
• A strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of client facing and vendor facing experience.
