WePractice is seeking a Co-Leitende:r Psychotherapeut:in to co-lead a practice in Basel, Switzerland. The candidate will share the professional, economic, and personnel responsibilities. WePractice is a prominent outpatient practice group with over 100 psychotherapists across 16 locations and is part of the Medbase Group.
The role involves:
- Leading a practice in tandem, assuming professional, economic, and personnel responsibility.
- Designing psychotherapeutic care at the location and ensuring high treatment quality.
- Supporting psychotherapists in training and promoting their development.
- Providing outpatient psychotherapy to patients with flexibility in time and location.
- Self-determining patients and developing individual therapy plans.
- Contributing ideas to a growing company and participating in its development.
Requirements:
- Psychologist with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Fulfillment of all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland.
- Interest in business management and employee and team development.
- Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
