The role involves co-managing a practice, ensuring high treatment quality, and supporting therapists in training. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychotherapy and an interest in team development. They will work in a supportive environment prioritizing flexibility and individual needs.

• Co-manage practice with shared responsibility
• Ensure quality of psychotherapeutic treatments
• Support therapists in further education
• Treat patients in ambulatory psychotherapy
• Develop individual therapy plans

• Psychologist with completed psychotherapy training
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a psychotherapist
• Eligibility to bill through Swiss basic insurance
• Interest in team development
• Very good knowledge of German
