WePractice, a leading outpatient practice group with over 100 psychotherapists across 16 locations and part of the Medbase Group, is seeking a Co-Lead Psychotherapist in Bern, Switzerland. This role offers therapeutic freedom and a flexible work model, allowing for the integration of professional and personal life.
The Co-Lead Psychotherapist will co-manage a practice, taking on professional, economic, and personnel responsibilities. They will shape psychotherapeutic care at the location and ensure high treatment quality. The role involves supporting psychotherapists in training and promoting their development. The therapist will also guide patients in outpatient psychotherapy with time and location flexibility, determine their patients, and develop individual therapy plans. The role also includes contributing ideas to a growing company.
What this role involves:
- Leading a practice in tandem, assuming professional, economic, and personnel responsibility.
- Shaping psychotherapeutic care at the location and ensuring high treatment quality.
- Supporting psychotherapists in training and promoting their development.

Requirements:
- Psychologist with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Fulfillment of all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland.
- Interest in business management contexts and employee and team development.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
