WePractice is seeking a Co-Leading Psychotherapist to join their team in Bern, Switzerland. The successful candidate will co-lead a practice, taking on professional, economic, and personnel responsibilities, ensuring high-quality psychotherapeutic care. They will support psychotherapists in training and promote their development, all while managing their own patient load with flexibility in terms of time and location. This role offers the chance to bring ideas to a growing company and contribute to its development.Role Involves:

• Leading a practice in tandem, assuming professional, economic, and personnel responsibility.
• Ensuring high treatment quality at the location.
• Supporting psychotherapists in training and promoting their development.
• Providing outpatient psychotherapy to patients with flexible scheduling and location.
• Developing individual therapy plans.
• Contributing ideas to a growing company.

Requirements:

• Psychologist with advanced training as a federally recognized psychotherapist.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist, ideally with initial Management experience.
• Meets all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland.
• Interest in business contexts and employee and team development.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
