WePractice, a leading outpatient practice group with over 100 psychotherapists across 16 locations and part of the Medbase Group, is seeking a Deputy Head Psychotherapist in Zürich. The Role Involves:

• Supporting the location management and contributing to a professional and appreciative environment.
• Supporting psychotherapists in training and promoting their development.
• Providing outpatient psychotherapy with flexibility in time and location.
• Building a patient base that aligns with your specialization.
• Developing individual therapy plans, conducting anamneses, and making diagnoses using specialized practice software.
• Contributing ideas to a growing company.

Requirements:

• Psychologist with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist.
• Several years of professional experience as a psychotherapist.
• Fulfillment of all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland.
• Enjoyment of self-determined work.
• Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
