WePractice is seeking a Stv. Leitende:r Psychotherapeut:in to join their team in Basel. WePractice is a leading outpatient practice group with over 100 psychotherapists at 16 locations and part of the Medbase Group. The successful candidate will support the site management and help create a professional and appreciative environment.

The role involves:

• Supporting site management and contributing to a professional and appreciative environment.
• Supporting psychotherapists in training and promoting their development.
• Guiding patients in outpatient psychotherapy with flexibility in time and location.
• Choosing who you work with and building a patient base that fits your specialization.
• Developing individual therapy plans, collecting anamneses, and making diagnoses using specialized practice software.
• Bringing ideas to a growing company and contributing to its development.

Requirements:

• Psychologist with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist.
• Several years of professional experience as a psychotherapist.
• Fulfillment of all requirements to bill through basic insurance in Switzerland.
• Enjoyment of self-determined work.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
