Responsibilities:
- Mapping processes, identifying risks, controls, gaps, and action plans.
- Monitoring risk indicators and action plans.
- Disseminating a culture of Risk Management and Internal Controls.
- Conducting risk and control assessments.
- Mapping processes, identifying risks, and updating the risk and control matrix.
- Monitoring, consolidating, and reporting the status of risks and action plans.
- Preparing reports and management presentations.
- Monitoring deadlines for risk assessments, controls, and effectiveness tests.
- Controlling deadlines and routines of the area for risk discussion forums.
- Providing support to business and technology areas.
- Assisting in the preparation of training and acculturation of internal controls.
Requirements:
- Graduation in Administration, Economics, Law, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
- Solid experience with internal controls, risk management, and/or internal audit.
- Experience in risk management, controls, audits, process improvements, report preparation, data consolidation, information analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in Intermediate Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Analytical and collaborative profile for conducting work and for relating to other teams.
