TAG is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join its team. TAG believes that applicable knowledge can revolutionize the financial market and make it more transparent, accessible, and inclusive. The company offers technological solutions to record the financial volume that a commercial establishment has to receive for the sale on the card of its products and services, promoting democratic access to credit and helping to foster new businesses throughout the country.The role is 100% remote.

Role involves:

• Mapping processes, identifying risks, controls, gaps and action plans, and performing tests to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of controls.
• Monitoring risk indicators and action plans.
• Disseminating the culture of Risk Management and Internal Controls.
• Conducting risk and control assessments.
• Responsible for mapping processes, collecting risks, and updating the risk and control matrix.
• Monitoring, consolidating, and disseminating the status of risks and action plans.
• Preparing reports and management presentations.
• Monitoring deadlines for risk assessments, controls, and effectiveness tests.
• Controlling deadlines and routines in area for risk discussion forums.
• Providing support and assistance to business and technology areas.
• Assisting in the preparation of training and acculturation of internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Law, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
• Solid experience with internal controls, risk management, and/or internal audit.
• Experience in risk management, controls, audits, process improvements, preparation of reports/management reports, data consolidation, information analysis, and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Intermediate Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Analytical and collaborative profile for conducting work and for relationships with other teams.
