Content Producer at OLIVER Agency - Brasil

OLIVER, a company specializing in creating in-house agencies, is seeking a Content Producer to join their team in Vila Madalena, São Paulo. The Content Producer will collaborate with one of the world's leading Drinks & Beverages brands.

The role involves content planning, authoring, and publishing across Loyalty programs, Email campaigns, Push notifications, and Local Social Media. The Content Producer will work directly with regional Execution Leads and local market Activation Managers, to ensure content strategy delivers meaningful engagement and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop creative content strategies aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Create and manage comprehensive content calendars.
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics across platforms.
• Research and stay current with marketing, advertising, and technology trends.
• Lead campaign development from ideation to production.
• Present performance updates and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate content requirements with regional teams.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Manage content workflow and approval processes.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish is desired.
• Strong commercial awareness and trend analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in content management systems and enthusiasm for emerging AI content tools.
• Experience in developing content for Latin American markets.
