Arachnée Productions, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment France, is looking for a Directeur/Directrice Adjoint.e. The ideal candidate will be passionate about music and entertainment, with a successful experience in a similar role. Role Involves:
- Managing the operational management of the company
- Constructing and formalizing commercial offers
- Prospecting and signing new artists/projects
- Monitoring and analyzing the results of activities and financial indicators
- Building and monitoring budgets by artist, tour, and project
- Exchanging regularly with the Finance Department of Sony Music
- Designing and establishing dashboards of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity
- Managing teams
- Optimizing existing and future procedures and tools
- Ensuring the complete management of certain projects
- Being a driving force in diversification
Requirements:
- Passionate about music and entertainment in general
- Proven experience in a similar position (7-10 years)
- Operational level of English
- Proficiency in the Windows Office Pack
