Lead Data Consultant at Mesh-AI

Mesh-AI is seeking a Lead Data Consultant to join their growing team in London. Mesh-AI is a transformation consultancy that helps enterprises leverage data and AI for competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation and delivery of modern data systems and AI-enabled applications, solving end-to-end data problems, and contributing to solution architecture and design. This person will work with clients, guiding them to success and fulfilling their data strategy. They will engage with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from advisory to implementation and will contribute to internal initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Technical implementation and delivery of modern data systems
• Solving end-to-end data problems at scale
• Contributing to solution architecture & design
• Working with customers to implement data strategy
• Engaging with cross-functional teams
• Contributing to internal initiatives

Requirements include:

• Good grasp of modern data engineering (distributed systems, data streaming, event-based architectures etc)
• Experience with software engineering and DevOps best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Extensive experience with data technologies, ETL tools, data storage and IaC
• Software development experience with languages such as Python, Java, Scala, Go
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
