Senior Director - Technology at Mesh-AI

Mesh-AI is looking for a Senior Director - Technology to join their senior technology leadership team. This role is critical in helping Mesh-AI scale their organisation and achieve their ambitious growth plans. The Senior Director will combine technical excellence with strong leadership and team-building capabilities. He/She will play a key role in defining and driving Mesh-AI's technology vision, scaling high-performing teams, and partnering with their customers to deliver transformative results.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing strategic leadership and expertise in the data and engineering space
• Building and scaling high-performing teams in a consultancy setting
• Driving initiatives to scale the organisation
• Leading, mentoring, and developing technologists and engineers at all levels
• Partnering with customers to understand their challenges and deliver transformative, data-driven outcomes
• Collaborating with the wider leadership team to align technology, delivery, and commercial strategies for long-term success

Requirements:

• Ability to work in complex highly regulated environments and lead change
• Proven expertise in the data and/or engineering space
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling teams in a consultancy setting
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, align, and motivate individuals and teams towards common goals
• A successful track record in scaling organisations
• Proven track record in delivering complex, modern engagements and outcomes for customers
• Significant experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills with executive level stakeholders
