Senior Technical Programme Manager at Mesh-AI

Mesh-AI is seeking a Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead and scale impactful AI and data engagements. The candidate will ensure successful delivery of large initiatives, balancing technical excellence, commercial success, and customer impact. They will lead complex deliveries, manage governance, and align stakeholders. They will partner with customers, build high-performing teams, and contribute to Mesh-AI’s thought leadership. They will also manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of complex AI and data engagements.
• Overseeing a portfolio of data and AI engagements.
• Owning the full engagement lifecycle.
• Partnering with customers to understand their business challenges.
• Ensuring that AI and data solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing technical delivery teams.
• Facilitating high performing cross-functional teams.
• Contributing to Mesh-AI’s thought leadership.
• Ensuring engagements are commercially successful.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensuring AI and data initiatives adhere to industry regulations.

Requirements include:

• Extensive experience leading £2M+ AI and data transformation engagements.
• Technical expertise in cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and AI/ML deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Agile, Lean, and Product-thinking approaches.
• Expertise in change management.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Consulting or technology delivery experience.
