Ketchum, a global communications consultancy, is seeking an Account Supervisor to join their North American Issues/Crisis Management Team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile accounts across various industries and build strong client relationships.Ketchum is looking for candidate that can act as primary contact to clients, continually fostering client-agency relationships to build trust and become a valuable resource to clients.Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic guidance to clients.
- Troubleshooting client problems.
- Motivating team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Independently implementing defined crisis preparedness projects.
- Managing account financials.
- Participating in new business programming and presentations.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in public relations or a similar position.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
