Enterprise Software Engineer at Capstone Investment Advisors

Capstone Investment Advisors is seeking an Enterprise Software Engineer to join their team in London. The Enterprise Engineering team provides technology solutions for all core groups within Capstone. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a collaborative mentality, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.Responsibilities:

• Create state-of-the-art software that empowers decision-making across various investment strategies.
• Design, build, and maintain key software solutions that support the firm’s core teams.
• Own the end-to-end development process by working closely with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other highly skilled engineers to tackle complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience building production-level software in Python.
• Experience supporting C# systems is a plus.
• Experience working with at least one financial asset class.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong verbal communication skills.
• 4+ years of working experience in the financial industry (buy side preferred).
