CoLab is seeking a PLM Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with the deployment, configuration, and support of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integrations. The successful candidate will help customers maximize the value of these integrations within their existing PLM, CAD, and ERP environments.He will be the face of CoLab to its customers, providing expert-level support and driving solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. The position involves technical support, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams and PLM vendors.
Role involves: - Providing expert-level support for CoLab’s integrations with various PLM, CAD and ERP systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving L2 and L3 PLM integration issues.
- Guiding customers in installing, configuring, and validating PLM add-ons.
- Communicating complex PLM technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in PLM technical support and integration with major PLM systems.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Hands-on experience in PLM integrations, issue reproduction, and root cause analysis.
- Good knowledge of BOM, part and document management, ACL, change management, and PLM-CAD-ERP integration scenarios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
