Senior Product Manager at CoLab Software

CoLab is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help mechanical engineering teams bring life-changing products to market faster. CoLab's product is a Design Engagement System (DES) used by engineering teams to improve design conversations and reduce mistakes. The Product Manager will shape product feature requirements, guide build team projects, and collaborate with marketing and success teams to launch features.

The role involves:

• Completing customer and user research
• Maintaining roadmaps
• Brainstorming solutions to challenging problems
• Writing product requirements
• Using data to inform decisions
• Translating technical problems into user-friendly solutions
• Representing business goals and solutions
• Collaborating across teams to deliver features

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with AI-enabled B2B products
• Technical experience working closely with development teams
• Familiarity with mechanical engineering workflows (an asset)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment defining product strategy
