Job Description

Domo is looking for a Salesforce CPQ Architect to manage their global quote to cash system. The candidate will join Domo's Salesforce team and support their Salesforce org covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge. The role involves supporting internal employees, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with internal customers to gather requirements.
  • Architect solutions with a focus on usability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Design and develop declarative solutions.
  • Engage with developers to author code when necessary.
  • Staying up to date on Salesforce announcements.
  • Supporting and improving the CPQ environment.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 6 or more years of Salesforce experience.
  • 2 or more years of Salesforce CPQ administration.
  • Strong Salesforce administration fundamentals.
  • Salesforce Admin or Developer certification.
  • Comfort participating in all phases of software lifecycle.
  • Ability to delegate to and manage third-party resources.
  • DocuSign administration experience is a plus.
