Job Description
The Customer Marketing Team at Domo is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager. This role involves building customer relationships and creating impactful programs that drive marketing and customer adoption. The Manager of Customer Marketing will collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer success to develop and implement strategies that transform customers into brand ambassadors and ensure a world-class marketing experience.

Role involves:
  • Managing customers through the reference lifecycle.
  • Building and executing customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Designing and deploying targeted campaigns.
  • Maintaining and optimizing the customer reference repository.
  • Recruiting and cultivating relationships with strategic customers.
  • Developing initiatives and programs to incentivize and reward advocates.
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams with resources.
  • Acting as an internal and external advocate for the Customer Marketing program.
  • Supporting Domo's analyst relations program.
  • Ensuring alignment between customer marketing initiatives and broader strategies.
  • Delivering reports with metrics.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, customer success, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
