Business Consultant - Japan at Domo

Domo is seeking an experienced Business Consultant to revolutionize how businesses manage themselves. The consultant will be a game-changer, providing strategic implementation services at the heart of Domo's innovative platform. The role involves managing client relationships and overseeing the end-to-end implementation process.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Domo customer relationships
• Leading the end-to-end implementation process and resources
• Defining data requirements and structures for business intelligence (BI) applications in collaboration with clients, end-users, technical architects, and application designers

Requirements for the role include:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of consulting experience in software products and industries
• Proficiency in presenting complex development topics to both management and technical personnel
• Practical knowledge of professional BI tools and solution providers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with sound judgment
• Ability to perform business process analysis, mapping, and design
• Experience in conducting requirements analysis, interviews with business owners, and current state analysis
• Experience in developing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
• Experience in identifying business problems and proposing/developing solutions
• A university degree in a related field, and/or equivalent experience and education
