Domo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Consulting Manager to lead its Domo implementation consulting team. This hands-on role requires team leadership, client engagement, and direct involvement as needed.

Role Involves:

• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of consultants.
• Building a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Monitoring team performance and KPIs.
• Overseeing projects to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Identifying and mitigating risks, proactively addressing challenges.
• Serving as the primary escalation point for clients during implementation.
• Understanding client business needs and tailoring implementations for maximum value.
• Troubleshooting complex implementation risks and client expectations.
• Staying updated on BI industry trends and product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
