ConnectWise is seeking an Associate Software Consulting Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for evaluating the needs of new and existing clients as they learn ConnectWise software. The Associate Software Consulting Specialist will work in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure clients have the necessary support needed as they become more integrated with ConnectWise products.
The Role Involves:
- Providing support to cross-functional teams with high attention to detail.
- Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings.
- Coordinating aspects of project implementation, working closely with the client and internal project team.
- Assisting and training clients on ConnectWise solutions.
- Managing workflow and timelines.
- Conducting kick-off meetings with new clients.
- Effectively communicating project status to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- General presentation, data analytics, and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects.
