Interbrand is seeking a Mid-Level Account Manager to join their team in Cologne. This role involves supporting key accounts and projects, ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

The Mid-Level Account Manager Role Involves:
  • Providing primary support to Senior Client Managers/Client Directors.
  • Serving as the point person for day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Collaborating with agency teams, including Strategy, Creative, and Finance.
  • Ensuring work is produced on time, to brief, on budget, and to required profit margins.
  • Preparing and managing project billing each month, partnering with Client Directors and Finance.
  • Creating and managing project budgets, including writing cost estimates/proposals and timing plans.
  • Reviewing and proofreading work before it goes to the client.
  • Collating all project-relevant documents and information for team access.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Management, ideally within a creative or branding agency.
  • Category-specific experience.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • C2 level of German language proficiency.
  • Personable team player with strong communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
