Interbrand is seeking a Senior Client Manager to join their team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, a passionate collaborator, and possess a strong commercial understanding of budget management with attention to detail.
The Senior Client Manager will play a crucial role in managing and supporting key accounts and projects, ensuring that work is produced on time, within budget, and to the required profit margins. The role involves problem-solving, bringing teams together, and identifying potential issues proactively, contributing to Interbrand’s culture and ensuring they remain one step ahead.
Role Involves:
- Providing primary support to Client Directors
- Serving as the point person for day-to-day tasks and projects
- Collaborating with Strategy, Creative, and Finance teams, as well as partners
- Ensuring timely production of work that meets the brief and budget requirements
- Reviewing financial reports to maintain project budget adherence
- Preparing and managing monthly project billing
- Creating and managing project budgets and timelines
- Reviewing and proofreading work before client submission
- Collating project-relevant documents for team access
- Supporting proposal and cost estimate creation
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a client manager for brand consultancy firms or similar
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with IT software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Personable team player with strong communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem solver
- Experience in Client Management, ideally within a creative agency environment
- Proficiency with other languages, especially Arabic, is a major advantage
