Interbrand is seeking a Client Manager to join their team in Mexico. The Client Manager will be a great communicator and passionate collaborator, with drive and attention to detail. They will help manage and support key accounts/projects and have a strong commercial understanding of budget management linked to deliverables and resources. They enjoy problem solving, bringing teams together, managing them, and identifying potential issues before they happen.

The Client Manager will report to Senior Client Managers/Client Directors and will be the point person for day-to-day tasks and projects. The role involves creating and maintaining clear lines of communication with clients and internal teams, working closely with the Strategy lead on nurturing, developing, and presenting strategic content to senior client members. They will collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Finance teams and also with partners, staying up to date on industry trends.

Interbrand is looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in project management, branding, and consulting (preferably in an agency/consultancy setting). The ideal candidate will be a true multitasker, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong communication skills, both verbally and written.

  • Primary support for Senior Client Managers/ Client Directors
  • Point person for day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Work closely with the Strategy lead
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Finance teams and also with partners
  • Create presentations
  • Ensure work is produced on time, to brief, on budget and to required profit margins
  • Prepare and take responsibility for project billing each month, partnering with Client Directors and Finance
  • Create and manage project budgets, timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses etc.
  • Collate all project-relevant documents and information into the relevant file on the server for team access
  • Give support on proposal and cost estimates
  • Adding experiences (5-7 years) in project management, branding, and consulting to our team (preferably in an agency/consultancy setting)
  • Compelling communicator both verbally and written
  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and accountability
  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experienced in Client Management, ideally within a creative agency environment.
  • Proficient in relevant IT software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Have a strong desire for developing strategic brand management know how and expertise through active involvement with Interbrand peers and Interbrand's methodology and thought leadership
