Isaac, a financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking an intern to join its Customer Success Operations team. This internship offers the opportunity to directly support the operations of the Customer Success area, contributing to the organization, analysis, and optimization of processes. The intern will have a strategic role in ensuring the efficiency of the team's deliveries, with continuous development in tools and process management methodologies.
Responsibilities will involve:
- Controlling and validating information in contracts, including exceptions.
- Supporting the creation of dashboards and analyses for Customer Success demands.
- Maintaining knowledge bases.
- Assisting in the implementation and revision of operational flows.
- Collaborating in identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements.
The requirements are:
- No prior experience is necessary.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and interest in data analysis.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills to handle multiple demands.
- Proactive and interested in learning about operational processes and CRM tools.
