The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the construction of credit strategies, monitoring credit indicators, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. They will also communicate with stakeholders and understand consumer needs to ensure product alignment.
Role Involves:
- Supporting the construction of credit strategy focused on product growth.
- Monitoring credit indicators (funnel data, conversion, delinquency).
- Conducting analysis to generate diagnoses in specific themes.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, data, customer service, operations).
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders, influencing and actively listening.
- Understanding consumer needs and expectations to align products with them.
Requirements:
