Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Agilisys

Agilisys is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to drive digital transformation within a dynamic public service organisation. The ideal candidate will manage hybrid environments, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing enterprise-level specialist infrastructure support on Active Directory, Cloud, AVD, Azure, O365, VMware, and associated storage.
• Managing Microsoft Azure and O365.
• Overseeing all aspects of Active Directory and AAD, including group policy.
• Managing enterprise domain.
• Working with Azure AVD.
• Using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• General networking (ideally Palo Alto and Cisco).
• Managing Server Host hardware, SAN switches, and provisioning (e.g., EMC).
• Working with Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Managing Proxy servers (e.g., Smoothwall).
• Using Microsoft Auto Patch and Azure Update Manager along with systems hardening.
• Managing Exchange 365 administration.
• Using Microsoft Intune Management.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical designs.
• Cloud SaaS solutions.
• Lead on technical projects.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Certifications (Preferred)
• ITIL (preferred)
• Experience with service management ticketing systems
• At least 3 years in a similar role
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work occasional out of hours is also required but overtime is available.
• Project Management skills
