Senior Systems Engineer at Agilisys

Agilisys is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to drive digital transformation within their organization. The successful candidate will manage hybrid environments, Azure, and on-premises systems, while leading technical projects and taking ownership of systems and implementations.

The role involves providing enterprise-level specialist infrastructure support on Active Directory, Cloud, AVD, Azure, O365, VMware and associated storage.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Microsoft Azure and O365
• Handling all aspects of Active Directory and AAD, including group policy
• Managing enterprise domains
• Working with Azure AVD
• Using PowerShell and other scripting languages
• General networking (ideally Palo Alto and Cisco)
• Managing server host hardware, SAN switches, and provisioning (e.g., EMC)
• Working with Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022
• Managing proxy servers (e.g., Smoothwall)
• Handling Microsoft Auto Patch and Azure Update Manager along with systems hardening
• Exchange 365 administration
• Microsoft Intune Management
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical designs
• Working with Cloud SaaS solutions
• Managing AV solutions
• Lead on technical projects.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Certifications (Preferred)
• ITIL (preferred)
• Experience with service management ticketing systems
• At least 3 years in a similar role
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work occasional out of hours is also required but overtime is available.
• Project Management skills
