Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company with over 1,900 clients worldwide, is seeking a Sales Engineer II in Munich, Germany. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with the DACH region account teams, aiding enterprise customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and resolve critical cybersecurity concerns. This role involves leading sophisticated enterprise pilot projects and ensuring a seamless transition to tailored solutions, driving optimal results and sustained customer satisfaction.

The Sales Engineer's role includes:

  • Engaging with prospective and existing customers.
  • Planning and managing proof of value engagements.
  • Developing use cases and delivering product demonstrations presentations.
  • Resolving critical analytical, technical, and operational challenges.
  • Promoting user adoption across various use cases
  • Traveling throughout the region when required, roughly 40% of the time.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering or Consulting position, focused on Cybersecurity solutions or services.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Technical knowledge in SIEM, DFIR, Vulnerability Assessments, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Threat Hunting & Research.
  • Professional experience in analytical roles across domains such as intelligence, military, cybersecurity, or business operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with Threat Intelligence.
  • Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Experience delivering customised product demonstrations and managing proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Ability to identify client challenges and craft innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high expectations.
  • Proficiency in business-level English and German is required.
