Job Description
Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Sales Engineer II to support enterprise customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This role involves addressing critical cybersecurity challenges and ensuring successful onboarding of tailored solutions. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with account teams, lead complex pilot projects, and provide technical expertise to clients.
Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Address technical inquiries and showcase Recorded Future capabilities.
- Plan and manage proof of value engagements.
- Develop use cases and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Resolve critical analytical, technical, and operational challenges.
- Promote user adoption across various use cases.
- Travel throughout the DACH region (approximately 40% of the time).
Requirements: - Experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering or Consulting role focused on Cybersecurity solutions or services.
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Technical knowledge in areas such as SIEM, DFIR, Vulnerability Assessments, Threat Intelligence, and Security Operations.
- Professional experience in analytical roles across domains such as intelligence, military, cybersecurity, or business operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Working knowledge of Threat Intelligence is a plus.
- Proven ability to establish trust with clients, including C-level executives.
- Experience delivering customized product demonstrations and managing proof-of-concept engagements.
- Ability to identify client challenges and craft innovative solutions.
- Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in business-level English and German is required.
