Collectors is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a unique opportunity to establish the PSA brand in Europe, backed by a successful US business. The Human Resources Manager will execute HR operations, projects, and initiatives in collaboration with the US HR team.

The HR Manager will have a business-oriented perspective and will be responsible for talent acquisition, compensation review, payroll, headcount reporting, benefits implementation, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires fluency in both German and English.

Collectors looks for someone who loves to build, thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change, moves quickly, and can demonstrate strong communication skills to deliver messages across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in production-based or startup companies
  • Cross-cultural experience in multinational companies
  • Knowledge of German labor laws
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Authorization to work in Germany
