StockX is seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to support its European customers. This role involves handling customer service needs, managing order fulfillment, and resolving customer queries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, or multilingual with fluency in Italian or French. He should be able to manage communication of various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Handling all customer service needs and support for our European customers
  • Taking ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish
  • Helping manage the order fulfillment process
  • Listening and responding to customer needs and concerns
  • Resolving customer queries and updating system accounts
  • Recording details of customer conversations and actions taken
  • Working to improve customer service by monitoring support communications
  • Flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as they come up
Requirements:
  • Experience of customer service/call center experience
  • Bilingual in written and verbal German & English or multilingual with additional fluency in one or both of the following languages: Italian French
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers
  • Possess situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention
