StockX is seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to support its global customers. This role involves managing customer service needs for European customers, taking ownership of customer queries, and ensuring positive outcomes. The specialist will help manage order fulfillment, respond to customer needs, research solutions, resolve queries, and update system accounts. They will also record details of customer conversations and work to improve customer service.
What this role involves: - Handling customer service needs for European customers.
- Taking ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish.
- Managing the order fulfillment process.
- Listening and responding to customer needs and concerns.
- Researching answers or solutions as needed.
- Resolving customer queries and updating system accounts.
- Recording details of customer conversations and actions taken.
- Working to improve customer service by monitoring support communications.
- Supporting other areas across the business as they come up.
Requirements: - Experience of customer service/call center experience.
- Bilingual in written and verbal German & English or multilingual with additional fluency in one or both of the following languages: Italian, French.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers
- Possess situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention.
- Willingness to travel to Eindhoven if required.
