StockX, a Detroit-based technology leader, is seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their expanding service team in London. The role involves supporting European customers and ensuring a customer-centric approach.
What this role Involves:
Handling customer service needs for European customers.
Managing customer queries from start to finish with internal coordination.
Assisting in the order fulfillment process.
Addressing customer needs and concerns.
Resolving customer queries and updating system accounts.
Recording conversation details and actions.
Improving customer service through monitoring.
Supporting other business areas as needed.
Requirements:
Customer service/call center experience
Bilingual in Italian & English or multilingual with German/French skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to handle various contact types.
Situational awareness for escalating urgent matters.
