What this role Involves:

Requirements:
  • Customer service/call center experience
  • Bilingual in Italian & English or multilingual with German/French skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle various contact types.
  • Situational awareness for escalating urgent matters.
