StockX is seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to support their European customers. This remote role, based in the United Kingdom, requires fluency in Italian and English, with additional proficiency in German or French being advantageous. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer service needs for European customers.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries from start to finish.
  • Managing the order fulfillment process.
  • Responding to customer needs and concerns.
  • Resolving customer queries and updating system accounts.
  • Recording details of customer conversations and actions taken.
  • Improving customer service by monitoring support communications.
  • Supporting other areas across the business as needed.


Requirements:
  • Experience of customer service/call center experience.
  • Bilingual in written and verbal Italian & English or multilingual with additional skills in one or both of the following languages: German or French.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers.
  • Situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention.
