StockX is seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to provide support to its European customers. This role is fully remote, however, the candidate must be willing to travel to Eindhoven if required.Responsibilities:
  • Handling all customer service needs and support for our European customers
  • Taking ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish
  • Helping manage the order fulfilment process
  • Listening and responding to customer needs and concerns
  • Researching answers or solutions as needed
  • Resolving customer queries and update system accounts accordingly
  • Recording details of customer conversations and actions taken
  • Working to improve customer service by monitoring support communications
  • Being flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as they come up
Requirements:
  • Experience of customer service/call center experience
  • Bilingual in written and verbal Italian & English or multilingual with additional skills in one or both of the following languages:German French
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers
  • Ability to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention
