StockX is seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to provide support to its European customers. This role is fully remote, however, the candidate must be willing to travel to Eindhoven if required.
Responsibilities: - Handling all customer service needs and support for our European customers
- Taking ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish
- Helping manage the order fulfilment process
- Listening and responding to customer needs and concerns
- Researching answers or solutions as needed
- Resolving customer queries and update system accounts accordingly
- Recording details of customer conversations and actions taken
- Working to improve customer service by monitoring support communications
- Being flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as they come up
Requirements: - Experience of customer service/call center experience
- Bilingual in written and verbal Italian & English or multilingual with additional skills in one or both of the following languages:German French
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls with our customers
- Ability to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention
